| | Hey whats up everyone?
Its been a while since I've updated... Last time was before i started med school, and now I'm sitting here in Nevis, West Indies, with 1 semester left before I head back to the states to prep for the USMLE step 1 and start rotations, iA. So I read my old comment, and wow times have def changed. At that time I was waiting to see what I would expect from this Caribbean experience, and I think I've found my answer. Didn't work out the way I was expecting it to, but it actually took the turn for the better. I've grown so much out here, and I've found many great influences to help me grow as well. MashAllah, life is treating me pretty good right now, I have been through some tough times, but now I see clear skies ahead of me, iA. Anyways, med school is a great experience, the people, the culture, the faculty and staff, the whole experience is well worth it. I recommend this experience to anyone who is thinking about practicing medicine. Definitely life long memories.
I took some pics of the island... I doubt anyone uses xanga anymore.. but its pretty cool to go back to this journal and reflect on how time has changed... anyways, enjoy.
